Packing

Our aim is that the product reaches the client, just as it got out from the factory.
Particular attention is dedicated to packaging, assuring Rhibo’s products reach the end user in perfect conditions and eliminating possible damages due to rough transport or poor handling. In addition to packaging options that are presently avilable, new and improved packaging solution are always being studied.

STANDARD PACKAGING FOR BONNETS

We have further improved our traditional packaging for bonnets, inserting a strong cardboard sheet between the bonnet's outer skin and the covering shrink wrap, with the declared objective of ensuring that an integral product is delivered to the customer.

PAPER BAGS FOR FENDERS AND FRONT PANELS

A new line of packaging has recently been introduced in line with the most recent applications of the Car Manufacturers. Our fenders and front panels are closed inside a three-layer cover made of kraft paper closed by machine-sown thread.

CARDBOARD ENVELOPES FOR FENDERS AND BONNETS

For our fenders and bonnets we have developed product specific packaging that is resistant and practical, ensuring protection from damage due to transport or mishandling.

PALLETIZED WOODEN CRATES

Upon request our products can be supplied in palletized wooden crates that fit the height of a truck or container. There are two principal advantages for the customer: - enhanced product protection - loading and unloading is easier and faster.

CARTON PALLETS

On request, our products can be delivered in special cardboard boxes on wooden pallets. The cardboard used is "double corrugated" and the boxes can be easily loaded in piles on lorries or containers. The wooden pallets can be forklifted on both sides.
